According to reports, the Law of the people's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental pollution by solid waste (revised in 2020) has been formally implemented on September 1, and the newly revised solid waste Law has made clear provisions in terms of policy standards, supervision and management, subject of responsibility and punishment mechanism.
