SMM: according to the ten-day report of key enterprises according to the statistics of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, the sales volume of the automobile industry in August is estimated to be 2.18 million, an increase of 3.2% month-on-month and 11.3% over the same period last year. According to the breakdown of vehicle types, passenger vehicles increased by 4.4% year-on-year and commercial vehicles increased by 37.5% over the same period last year.
From January to August, the cumulative sales estimate of the automobile industry completed 14.54 million units, down 9.7% from the same period last year; according to the breakdown of models, passenger vehicles fell 15.5% year-on-year, while commercial vehicles increased 16.9% year-on-year.
