Recently, the first batch of Hualing Xingma electric heavy trucks equipped with Ningde era battery system in Shanghai were delivered to Lingang Metro. In terms of operational efficiency, changing the power station can complete a power change in three or five minutes, which is comparable to the service experience of refueling.

In the next five years, 2000-5000 new heavy trucks and electric construction machinery will be put into operation in the port area, and special power exchange facilities for no less than 30 heavy trucks will be built, with a total investment expected to exceed 2 billion yuan. the realization of self-driving based on the coordination of 5G vehicles and roads in some areas is expected to reduce carbon emissions by 108000 tons in the port area.

Using the power exchange mode of pure electric heavy truck, customers do not need heavy assets to hold batteries, the above problems can be easily solved. " Industry insiders said that the power exchange mode means that cars and electricity are separated, and users only need to pay or rent a car body without batteries at one time, using power exchange as a cost similar to refueling, thus greatly reducing the initial investment and hitting the pain point of the high price of electric heavy trucks.

In addition, power exchange can also adjust the peak-valley difference of the power grid, reduce the impact on the power grid and realize energy interconnection. For the same number of cars, the charging power of the switching mode is greatly reduced compared with the charging mode, which can reduce the load on the power grid, and the switching mode can use the valley power of the power station to charge the power battery to avoid the peak period of power use. rational layout of charging time, save energy resources, reduce charging costs, reduce the impact on the power grid, easy to integrate with the power grid.

According to reports, in the second half of this year, Valin Xingma is expected to have about 3000 pure electric heavy truck orders. In fact, in addition to the very positive Ningde era, there are still many domestic battery manufacturers in the active layout of power change. Among the 333 batches and 334 batches of applications announced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology this year, Zhengli New Energy, Azura Energy Storage, Tianjin New Energy, Zhongra, Guoxuan Hi-Tech, Jiangsu Times and so on have begun to provide batteries for power exchange models.
