SMM: on Sept. 2, the unaudited operating data of country Garden Holdings Co., Ltd. in August 2020.

It is understood that the board of directors of country Garden announced that the contract sales amount of the company and its subsidiaries, together with its joint venture company and associated company, belonging to the shareholders' rights and interests of the company was about 60.93 billion yuan in August 2020, an increase of 30.10% over the same period last year in August 2019. The contract sales floor area of the shareholders' equity of the company is about 7.12 million square meters, an increase of 37.86% over the same period in August 2019.

According to this statistics, as of the previous August, country Garden realized 382.16 billion yuan in equity sales, an increase of 2.91% over the same period last year, achieving a positive growth rate.
