The contract sales floor area of the shareholders' equity of the company is about 7.12 million square meters, an increase of 37.86% over the same period in August 2019.

According to this statistics, as of the previous August, country Garden realized 382.16 billion yuan in equity sales, an increase of 2.91% over the same period last year, achieving a positive growth rate.
