SMM: on Sept. 1, the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers announced the list of the second batch of enterprises and models participating in the activities of new energy vehicles going to the countryside. The list includes 14 companies, including SAIC GM Wuling, BYD, Changan Automobile, Great Wall Automobile, Chery Commercial vehicle, and a total of 36 models.

Since the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture and Village, and the Ministry of Commerce have jointly organized activities for new energy vehicles to go to the countryside, new energy vehicle manufacturers have attached great importance to, actively participated in, and actively offered profits; relevant local people's governments have also responded positively by issuing various preferential policies to encourage new energy vehicles to go to the countryside to help carry out activities. The China Automobile Association expressed the hope that the relevant enterprises will seriously prepare and actively participate in the follow-up activities.
