Nanning accelerates the implementation of the "complete set of Heat treatment equipment Project for High-end and High-precision Aluminum"

SMM: in order to implement the spirit of the instruction of "localization of major equipment" put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his second visit to Guangxi Nannan Aluminum processing Co., Ltd., from August 25 to August 26, 2020, Nanning Industry and Information Bureau organized and held a liaison and promotion meeting of "2019 high-end high-precision aluminum heat treatment equipment project". The complete set of high-end high-precision aluminum heat treatment equipment project is a national high-quality development key special project, which is led by Nanning Industry and Information Bureau to promote the implementation of Guangxi Nannan Aluminum processing Co., Ltd. in cooperation with Northeast University and Guangxi Advanced Aluminum processing Innovation Center. Give full play to the advantages of "politics, production, learning, research, application and gold" platform to solve the key technical problems existing in the development of domestic high-quality aluminum alloy plates, strips and profiles in the development of complete sets of equipment for profile heat treatment production lines, and fill in the domestic blank. Reach the domestic and international advanced level, and reduce the manufacturing cost of high-end high-precision aluminum alloy, and realize the independent control of the major short board production line.

On the afternoon of August 25, all member units went to Guangxi Nannan Aluminum processing Co., Ltd and Nannan Aluminum Co., Ltd. to visit the plate roller hearth furnace and profile roller hearth furnace to inspect the operation of a complete set of high-end high-precision aluminum heat treatment equipment. At the project promotion meeting on August 26, Wang Dongming, director of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, pointed out that after the project is put into production, it will solve the key "choking" equipment for the production of high-end and high-precision aluminum materials in China, and lift various restrictions on China's high-performance and high-precision aluminum alloy materials abroad. Promoting the application of domestic high-end and high-precision aluminum alloy products in automotive, aerospace, high-speed rail, warship and other manufacturing fields will produce huge economic and social benefits. The project has played a great leading role in the implementation of "strong industry" to promote industrial transformation and upgrading in Nanning. It is hoped that all parties involved in the project will make active efforts to speed up the commissioning of the project.

Positive progress has been made since the launch of the project in 2019: in March, the roller hearth furnace for aluminum heat treatment was installed in Yongning Plant of Nannan Aluminum Industry; the installation and cold commissioning of the main equipment were completed at the end of April; on August 24, the hot ignition test of roller hearth furnace was carried out to debug and test the operation of burner, circulating fan, combustion fan, smoke exhaust fan, furnace temperature and material temperature uniformity. On November 4, the construction of the public auxiliary system in the factory area was completed, and the quenching equipment and system were tested and debugged. On November 13, the first domestic production line of aluminum heat treatment profile roller bottom furnace was successfully trial-produced. At present, the first domestic large-scale high-end high-precision aluminum alloy sheet air cushion furnace has completed the detailed design, entered the manufacturing stage, and plans to be put into production next year.

At the meeting, the signing ceremony of the aluminum alloy roller hearth continuous heat treatment production line of the "high-end high-precision aluminum heat treatment equipment project" was also held; the related work in the project was coordinated and the next work arrangement was determined. The meeting was presided over by Liu Shugui, deputy director of the Development Research Center of the Nanning Municipal people's Government and office of the Nanning expert Advisory Committee, and Su Chaoran, deputy director of the Machinery Department of the Industry and Information Department of the autonomous region, came to guide.
