SMM: on the evening of August 25, Whirlpool announced that Galanz household appliances intend to gain control of the listed company through this offer. The number of shares in this offer is 468 million shares, accounting for 61% of Whirlpool's total issued shares, and the offer price is 5.23 yuan per share.

If, after the completion of this tender offer, the purchaser holds not less than 51% of the shares of the listed company, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company may be changed. If the number of shares offered in advance is less than 51% of the total number of shares of the listed company, the offer will not take effect from the beginning, all pre-offered shares will not be accepted by the purchaser, and the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the listed company will not be changed. The offer is uncertain.
