SMM8 March 25: China Southern rare Earth Group South rare Earth International Trading Co., Ltd. announced the latest listing prices of medium and heavy rare earth oxides, and the prices of some rare earth oxides have been adjusted. In terms of price changes, gadolinium oxide is listed at 187000 yuan / ton, up 2000 yuan / ton over the previous period; terbium oxide is listed at 4.95 million yuan / ton, up 50, 000 yuan / ton over the previous period; and holmium oxide is listed at 435000 yuan / ton, up 5000 yuan / ton over the previous period. The prices of other varieties are the same as the previous period, including samarium oxide 12000 yuan / ton, europium oxide 300000 yuan / ton, dysprosium oxide 1.95 million yuan / ton, erbium oxide 170000 yuan / ton, ytterbium oxide 100000 yuan / ton. lutetium oxide is listed at 4.75 million yuan / ton, yttrium oxide is listed at 22000 yuan / ton, and scandium oxide is listed at 9 million yuan / ton.
Last week, the domestic rare earth market still maintained a high heat, praseodymium, neodymium, terbium and gadolinium continued to rise; lanthanum, cerium, dysprosium
In terms of light rare earths, the supply and demand fundamentals of lanthanum and cerium are difficult to change for a long time, and a large number of supply makes the price of lanthanum and cerium under pressure for a long time. Praseodymium-neodymium products are still at the forefront of the entire rare earth market, and their performance was still eye-catching last week. As of today, the price of praseodymium-neodymium oxide is 34.7-352000 yuan / ton, the average price is even than yesterday; the price of praseodymium-neodymium metal is 44.2-445000 yuan / ton, the average price is the same as yesterday.
In terms of medium and heavy rare earths, gadolinium and terbium products rose last week; dysprosium prices fell slightly due to demand. Driven by the rising price of praseodymium-neodymium oxide and slightly tight supply of gadolinium oxide itself, the price of gadolinium rose moderately last week. As of today, the price of terbium oxide is 4950-5000 yuan / kg, which is the same as yesterday; the price of dysprosium oxide is 1780-1830 yuan / kg, which is the same as yesterday; and the price of gadolinium oxide is 18.5-188000 yuan / ton, which is the same as yesterday.
This week, northern rare earths announced the second listing price of rare earth products in August, including praseodymium and neodymium oxide quoted at 379000 yuan / ton, up 24400 yuan / ton compared with last week; metal praseodymium and neodymium oxide 471000 yuan / ton, up 29000 yuan / ton; neodymium oxide 398000 yuan / ton, up 24000 yuan / ton; metal neodymium 495000 yuan / ton, up 29000 yuan / ton.
Industry insiders pointed out that in addition to inventory expectations, light rare earth fundamentals are also improving, downstream demand is strong, upstream cherish sales and other factors promote prices up. Tianfeng Securities Yang Chengxiao believes that the linked rise in the price of light and heavy rare earths is expected to continue. Under the background of new energy demand stabilizing, cost support, supply-side selling price and policy expectations, the price of light and heavy rare earths is expected to continue to stabilize and rise.
