The company realized operating income of 7.574 billion yuan, an increase of 3.35% over the same period last year, a total profit of 299 million yuan, an increase of 1.71% over the same period last year, and a net profit of 232 million yuan, an increase of 2.09% over the same period last year. Of this total, the net profit belonging to shareholders of listed companies was 174 million yuan, an increase of 2.02% over the same period last year.
Desai battery is a shareholding enterprise, which mainly focuses on the business layout of lithium battery industry chain, in which Huizhou battery mainly engages in small and medium-sized lithium battery packaging and integration business, Huizhou blue micro mainly engages in small and medium-sized lithium battery power management system business, Huizhou Xinyuan mainly engages in large-scale power battery, energy storage battery and other power management system and packaging integration business. At present, the company is in a leading position in the small and medium-sized power management system and packaging integration market segment.
In the first half of this year, in order to further enhance the company's comprehensive competitiveness and profitability, optimize the ownership structure of subsidiaries, enhance the integration of the company's interests, and ensure the sustainable development of the company, Desai battery acquired in cash the 25% stake in Huizhou battery and Huizhou blue micro held by Shangyang investment. recently, the above matters have completed industrial and commercial changes, and Huizhou battery and Huizhou blue micro have become wholly owned subsidiaries of the company.
It is understood that consumer electronic products represented by smartphones account for most of the applications of Desai battery products, and 90% of the company's operating income comes from consumer electronic lithium battery-related products. From the perspective of sub-business, the revenue of batteries and accessories accounted for 99.57%, with revenue of 7.542 billion yuan, an increase of 3.11% over the same period last year, while materials and others accounted for only 0.43%, an increase of 131.49% over the same period last year.
Desai Battery said that in order to prevent its performance from being unduly affected by the development of the consumer electronics industry, the company will, on the basis of maintaining the leading share of smartphone lithium battery products, actively open up the lithium battery market, such as notebook computers and wearable devices, as well as lithium battery applications outside the consumer electronics field, and strive to increase the sales share of lithium battery-related products in other areas.
Desai battery is currently a pioneer in the field of domestic lithium battery manufacturing and one of the global leaders in the field of small and medium-sized mobile power supply. It is a global leader in small and medium-sized mobile power management systems and fields such as smartphones, consumer electronics and power tools. The company's main customers include Apple, Huawei, Samsung, Sony, vivo, OPPO and other well-known mobile phone manufacturers.
