SMM News: August 21, Greenland Group successfully won seven core plots in Wuhan Huangpi Linkong Economic Zone, with a total land price of more than 16.4 billion yuan, and plans to invest in the Wuhan Greenland Tianhe International Convention and Exhibition City project, which is the largest single land supply project in the history of Wuhan, and will build the largest indoor net exhibition area disclosed in the world. With a total construction area of more than 4 million square meters and a total investment of about 50 billion yuan, the project will become a major strategic benchmarking project for green space ploughing Hubei in the new decade.
