Its Moa joint venture produced 425 tons of cobalt in the second quarter, up 2% from the same period last year, and is expected to produce 3300-3600 tons of cobalt in 2020. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the decision to postpone the annual refinery closure of the maintenance plan, which largely contributed to the increase in production. After the start of the third quarter of 2020, the annual maintenance shutdown activity was completed.
