According to a survey by SMM (SMM), this week (July 27-July 31) the weekly operating rate of SMM recycled lead smelters in the four provinces was 54.4%, up 0.9% from last week.

Among them, the operating rate of Anhui recycled lead licensed smelting enterprises is 48.4%, which is the same as last week. Because Dahua production equipment is still in the commissioning period and the supply of waste batteries is tight, the capacity release of Anhui recycled lead enterprises is limited, and the operating rate remains unchanged. The operating rate of Henan recycled lead licensed smelting enterprises was 60.5%, up 13% from last week. Because Henan Jinli equipment was put into production after the transformation, the demand for lead paste increased, and the enterprise operating rate was boosted. Jiangsu recycled lead licensed smelting enterprises had an operating rate of 66.7%, an increase of 13.4% over last week, mainly due to the gradual release of capacity expansion during the Spring Festival, and the operating rate recorded a substantial increase. The operating rate of licensed smelting enterprises for recycled lead in Guizhou was 42.6%, down 28.9% from last week, mainly because Jinlong, Yongxin, Sanhe and other enterprises reduced their production by nearly half due to environmental inspection, while Guizhou Cenxiang continued equipment maintenance, and the output did not pick up. The operating rate of enterprises has dropped sharply.

In addition, according to SMM research, as of Friday, Anhui licensed recycled lead enterprises have no reduced lead inventory, recycled refined lead inventory is only 600t.
