SMM7 March 30: recently, Merafe Resources released its second-quarter results., Glencore Merafe Chrome Venture's production of ferrochromium fell by 42% in the first half of the year. The decrease is due in part to reduced production, market conditions and electricity cuts as a result of COVID 19.

Financially, Merafe expects basic and total losses per share to range from 2.79 cents to 3.41 cents, while basic and total earnings per share are 6.6 cents.
