SMM: a few days ago, the electroaluminothermic smelting method of vanadium aluminum alloy independently developed by Chenggang around the vanadium-titanium new material industry has been authorized by the national invention patent, further consolidating the position of the enterprise in vanadium-titanium smelting technology. Up to now, Chenggang has obtained 988 patents, including 188 vanadium and titanium patents.

It is reported that by controlling the process of the ignition process, the invention can ensure the complete ignition reaction and prevent the internal unreacted raw materials; by controlling the process of the reheating process, the high temperature reduction reaction time can be prolonged and the reduction reaction can be ensured completely. By controlling the process of the exhaust process and the power transmission system in which the current gradient is reduced in stages, the gas in the alloy is slowly discharged from the alloy by the action of current and voltage to prevent internal oxidation and pores.

Through the action of different voltages and currents, this technology can control the reaction process of electroaluminothermic smelting of vanadium aluminum alloy, so that the gas produced in the alloy can discharge the alloy in time, effectively avoid the problems of product oxidation and slag inclusion in the smelting process, and improve the product quality of vanadium aluminum alloy.

Fed to Keep Large Banks' Capital Levels Unchanged, Postpones Stress Test Reforms Until 2027
The US Fed has announced that it will maintain the capital levels of large banks unchanged during the upcoming stress test cycle (corresponding to the 2026 cycle). At the same time, the US Fed is planning multidimensional reforms to this annual test, aiming to enhance its transparency. The US Fed's Vice Chair for Supervision, Bowman, revealed that adjustments to the stress capital buffer requirements for large banks will be postponed until 2027. This move is intended to provide the US Fed with sufficient time to evaluate potential flaws that may be exposed in its testing models when assessing banks' financial conditions under simulated economic downturn scenarios.
