On July 27, Beijing Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "BAIC") and State Grid Electric vehicle Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "State Grid Electric vehicle Company") signed a framework agreement on deepening strategic cooperation to jointly promote the development of new energy vehicle industry. The two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in promoting car and electric bag and vehicle sales business, battery energy package business, power exchange business, green power trading and smart energy service business, as well as capital cooperation.
According to the agreement, BAIC New Energy, Huaxia Travel and other companies under BAIC will promote the car electric service package of State Grid and jointly create a "car pile electric ecological marketing model" to provide customers with a green travel experience. National Grid Electric vehicle Company and BAIC New Energy will continue to carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of power exchange, and strive to fully cooperate in the construction of 100 power stations to serve no less than 10000 power exchange vehicles nationwide by the end of June 2021.
Specifically, BAIC New Energy and Huaxia Travel and other companies under BAIC Group will promote the car electricity service package of State Grid, and carry out charging pile interconnection and operation cooperation with State Grid Electric vehicle Company, community orderly charging pile business cooperation, and new technology cooperation, including plug and play charging, high power charging and automatic charging, to jointly create a "car pile electric ecological marketing model." Provide customers with a green car experience.
In the battery energy package business, the two sides will cooperate in the field of battery operation to study the battery purchase and rental, operation, echelon utilization, recycling and other links under the business model of battery separation, and formulate the battery life cycle management operation plan.
In the power exchange business, the two sides will jointly build operation and exchange power grids and stations, promote energy service stations with "three stations in one" for power exchange, charging and energy storage, meet the energy supply needs of new energy vehicles, and at the same time participate in power grid auxiliary services and flexibly regulate power grid load. enable exchange power stations to adjust peak and valley value-added services.
In the smart energy service business, the two sides jointly explore the inclusion of electric vehicle charging stations, community user charging piles, electric vehicle production bases and other loads into green power transactions, so as to promote the orderly charging of electric vehicles and the promotion and application of V2G technology. to achieve new energy for vehicles with new energy, and to serve the orderly interaction between electric vehicles and the power grid.
It is worth noting that on the day of the signing ceremony, Jinan No.1 Exchange Power Station, the "first exchange power station" of the cooperation between State Grid Electric vehicle Company and BAIC Blue Valley Smart Energy, was officially put into operation. the trial operation of this exchange station marks the official opening of comprehensive cooperation between the two sides in the field of power exchange for new energy vehicles. The daily power change capacity of this change station can reach more than 300 times, and the change time is faster than that of fuel vehicles. in addition, the exchange station has advanced cloud battery management technology, which can realize remote upgrade and intelligent charging, which can not only meet the energy supply needs of new energy vehicles, but also participate in power grid interaction and peak shaving response. It is expected that by the end of this year, Jinan will build and operate a total of 10 exchange power stations to serve no less than 1000 new energy vehicles in Jinan.
At the same time, the "Qingdao No. 1 exchange power station" took 48 hours to build on that day. At present, the installation of the main body has been completed, and the joint dispatching work has been officially launched. As the first batch of cooperative cities between State Grid Electric vehicles and BAIC Blue Valley Smart Energy, Qingdao Laixi will complete the construction and operation of three exchange power stations and serve nearly 300 power exchange taxis in Laixi, with the successful operation of Laixi.
