[SMM Evening Review] Summary of the transaction in the original lead market on July 24th

SMM7 March 24:

In Anhui area, the mainstream price of lead reduction today is 13500 Mel 13650 yuan / ton. A refinery today recycled refined lead (including tax) quotation on the average price of SMM1# lead out of the factory, downstream procurement demand is strong.

The mainstream quotation for lead reduction in Hebei today is 13600 RMB13700 per ton. A refinery today reduced lead (excluding tax) quoted at 13650Mel 13700 yuan / ton to the plant, recycled refined lead (including tax) quotation for SMM1# lead average price flat water factory.

The mainstream quotation for lead reduction in Jiangxi today is 13500 RMB13650 per ton. A refinery today quoted recycled refined lead (excluding tax) at 13950 yuan / ton, while recycled refined lead (including tax) was quoted at an average price of 13950 yuan / ton for SMM1# lead.

In Henan, the mainstream price of lead reduction today is 13550Muth13650 yuan / ton. Due to the high price of waste batteries, the profits of recycled refineries are meagre, and the supply of bulk goods in the market is less.

Sluggish Transactions in Domestic Secondary Crude Lead Market, Prices at 15,250-15,400 Yuan/mt

The domestic secondary crude lead market experienced sluggish transactions. As of February 6, 2026, the ex-factory tax-exclusive offers for domestic secondary crude lead stood at 15,250-15,400 yuan/mt. Downstream refined lead and alloy smelters gradually entered the holiday period, showing weak stockpiling willingness. Overseas lead ingot suppliers basically halted transactions with China due to poor consumption in the Chinese market, with only some previously concluded shipments maintaining normal in-transit transportation. The trading atmosphere in the secondary crude lead market will continue to weaken next week.
