Citic Resources: planning to sell CITIC's stake in Big Manganese

SMM: recently, Citic Resources announced that the company informed shareholders and potential investors of a potential sale of the company's equity interest in CITIC Damiang. Citic big manganese is an associate of the group, and the group is the single largest shareholder of Citic big manganese.

So far, no formal transaction agreement or other legally binding agreement has been entered into related to the potential sale.
