SMM Network News: the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and surrounding areas of industrial resources comprehensive utilization industry coordinated transformation and upgrading plan (2020-2022)" notice. Among them, it is proposed that more than 10 production bases for the preparation of full solid waste cementitious materials, concrete and roadbed materials should be built in the concentrated areas of metallurgy and coal power industries in Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Henan and other places, so as to promote the coupling symbiosis of iron and steel, coal power, building materials, chemical and other industries, and realize the annual consumption of 300 million tons of industrial solid waste.

In order to implement the strategy of coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, accelerate the coordinated transformation and upgrading of industries in the comprehensive utilization of industrial resources in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and its surrounding areas, improve the efficiency of regional resources utilization, cultivate new green momentum, and promote high-quality regional development, we have formulated the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and surrounding areas Industrial Synergetic Transformation and upgrading Plan (20-2022). It is now printed and distributed to you, please implement it conscientiously.
