Yahhua International and Galaxy Lithium Industry renew the "off-take agreement" of lithium concentrate with a supply of not less than 45000 tons in 2020.

SMM: recently, Yahua International Investment and Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sichuan Yahua Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company"), and Galaxy Lithium Australia Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Galaxy Lithium") renewed the "off-take Agreement" on the procurement of lithium concentrate. The term of the contract shall be extended by three years from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2022, until December 31, 2025.

The products supplied by Galaxy Lithium Industry to Yahua International are spodumene concentrate, with a supply of not less than 45000 tons in 2020; and no less than 120000 tons per contract year from 2021 to 2025, and Yahhua International has the right of preemption under the same conditions when the supply exceeds 120000 tons.
