Spot rising water slightly adjusts the price gap between Guangdong and Shanghai by a large margin.

SMM, July 10:

Futures prices rose sharply again. In the morning, the South China market made more inquiries and less shipments, and the quotations were mostly near Pingshui, with large buyers purchasing at a straight price. The mainstream transaction price was 14580 yuan / ton, with a small amount of discounted supply; futures in the second period rose by more than 100 yuan, and the holder continued to raise the price, with the transaction price rising from 14590 yuan / ton to 14660 yuan / ton. The upside-down range of spot prices in Guangdong and Shanghai continued to expand, with a transaction price difference of 150 per cent of 200 yuan per ton. Spot to 07 contract rising water at 0mur10 yuan / ton, Shanghai aluminum 07 / 08 differential operating range at 220Mel 280 yuan / ton, strong performance in recent months. The price of imported aluminum ingots is still 70 or 80 yuan cheaper than that of domestic aluminum ingots, the Guangdong aluminum ingot warehouse is steadily increasing, and there is little room for rising water before delivery.

Fed to Keep Large Banks' Capital Levels Unchanged, Postpones Stress Test Reforms Until 2027
The US Fed has announced that it will maintain the capital levels of large banks unchanged during the upcoming stress test cycle (corresponding to the 2026 cycle). At the same time, the US Fed is planning multidimensional reforms to this annual test, aiming to enhance its transparency. The US Fed's Vice Chair for Supervision, Bowman, revealed that adjustments to the stress capital buffer requirements for large banks will be postponed until 2027. This move is intended to provide the US Fed with sufficient time to evaluate potential flaws that may be exposed in its testing models when assessing banks' financial conditions under simulated economic downturn scenarios.
