Zijin Mining (02899) issued an announcement, the company will, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Tibet Zijin Industrial Co., Ltd. (Tibet Zijin), acquire Tibet Zang GE Venture Capital Group Co., Ltd., Tibet Zang GE holding Co., Ltd., Tibet Zhongsheng Mining Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Chen Fang Asset Management Co., Ltd., Xizang Baihong Industrial Co., Ltd. a total of 50.1% of the shares held by Tibet Julong Copper Co., Ltd. (Julong Copper).

(Tibet Zijin), the company will acquire Tibet Zang GE Venture Capital Group Co., Ltd., Tibet Zang GE Holdings Co., Ltd., Tibet Zhongsheng Mining Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Chen Fang Asset Management Co., Ltd., Tibet Zang Baihong Industrial Co., Ltd. a total of 50.1% of the shares held by Tibet Julong Copper Co., Ltd. (Julong Copper).

As of the date of disclosure of this announcement, Tibet Zijin has completed the acquisition of 50.1% of the shares of Julong Copper, and the registration procedures for industrial and commercial changes have been completed.
