Six companies in the department of Hanergy owed more than 150 million yuan in arrears last year.

SMM: on July 2, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security issued a notice on announcing to the public the second batch of major labor security violations in 2020, which showed that six Hanergy companies owed more than 150 million yuan in arrears last year.

The six Hanergy companies involved are Hanergy Mobile Energy holding Group Co., Ltd., Hanergy Solar Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Haneng Household thin Film Power Generation Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Haneng Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Haneng thin Film Solar Power Engineering Co., Ltd.

The Chaoyang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will apply to the people's court for compulsory enforcement of the wages and compensation that the company should pay to the workers in accordance with the law.
