Recently, Citic Resources announced that the company had informed shareholders and potential investors of a potential sale of the company's equity interest in CITIC Manganese. Citic big manganese is an associate of the group, and the group is the single largest shareholder of Citic big manganese. So far, no formal transaction agreement or other legally binding agreement has been entered into related to the potential sale.
