At present, the main producing areas of non-oxygenated silicon are concentrated in Sichuan and Yunnan, while the start-up of Chongqing silicon plant is reduced because of losses. Some buyers see that the market price is close to the factory cost and gradually enter the market, and the factory has more abundant orders and relatively strong quotations.
