Weihua shares and Ningde Times sign "2020 long Association contract"

SMM: on July 2, Guangdong Weihua Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") and Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ningde Times") signed the "2020 long Association contract". Ningde Times plans to purchase 10, 000 tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate and 3000 tons of battery-grade lithium hydroxide from the company between July 2020 and June 2021.

Ningde Times is the world's leading power battery system provider, with core technical advantages and sustainable R & D capabilities in key areas of the industry chain, such as battery materials, battery systems, battery recycling, and so on, forming a comprehensive and perfect production and service system. The company's cooperation with it is conducive to the expansion of the company's lithium salt business. The smooth implementation of this contract will have a positive impact on the company's performance in 2020mur2021.
