Give full play to the responsibility of self-discipline of the industry, in accordance with the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations, and learn from the experience and practices of industry organizations at home and abroad, and on the basis of extensively soliciting opinions and suggestions, study and carry out the qualification of foreign suppliers and domestic consignees, conduct data review and on-site verification of enterprises engaged in the import and export of recycled copper and aluminum raw materials, standardize market order, ensure the quality of raw materials, and resolutely prohibit the import of foreign garbage. Truly support the compliance operation of enterprises with conditions, let a good policy environment produce a good market effect, avoid mass action, vicious competition, and increase environmental and regulatory risks. The formulation of the measures for the Administration of qualification Accreditation has been completed and will be carried out soon.
