At the same time, the development of hydrogen energy industry in Shandong Province is also faced with many difficulties and restrictions. first, there is a shortage of leading R & D personnel and specialized teams. there is a big gap between the core technology and key materials of fuel cell stack, hydrogen compressor for hydrogenation station, key components of high-pressure hydrogen storage system and hydrogen filling machine, and so on. The key technology is still in the critical stage, the maturity is low, the key materials are mainly imported, and the cost is high. The development of technical standards and testing system lags behind. Second, infrastructure construction is weak. The infrastructure such as hydrogen filling station is lack of overall design and policy support in the aspects of examination and approval and operation management, and the construction progress is slow, which affects the promotion and application of fuel cell vehicles. Third, the planning policy system needs to be established. We will promote the demonstration and application of renewable energy in hydrogen production by electrolysis of water and nuclear energy, and promote the demonstration application of hydrogen energy in electric power, coal mines and other fields.
