SMM: (Superior Gold), a Superior gold company, has announced that it has drilled the highest grade mineralization so far at the Platon Nick (Plutonic) gold mine in Western Australia.
The target of this drilling is the extension zone of the Indian (Indian) mine. A total of 19 boreholes were drilled with a total footage of 1855 meters, and a total of 17 mineralizations with a grade of more than 5g / ton were seen, including 7.1m thick, 10.2g / ton gold and 5.3m thick, 11.9g / ton gold mineralization.
The ore grade of 7 holes is higher than 10 g / ton, and the ore grade of 3 holes is higher than 20 g / ton.
The focus of this drilling is in the northwest of the Indian section, which is located in a 500m interval between the Indian section and the Baltik (Baltic) section and has not been fully verified.
The company believes that the drilling shows that the two sections are connected, so it can expand the amount of resources and extend the life of the mine by more than five years.
The orebody has the potential to expand along the trend and up and down the dip.
Indian and Baltik sections are the main mining targets of underground mines in Platonic Gold Mine.
The company will announce new resources this quarter.
