This round of investors plan to increase a total of RMB 800 million to BYD Semiconductor according to the pre-investment valuation of the target company, and this round of investors will acquire 7.84% of the shares after the capital increase and share expansion of BYD Semiconductor.

This is the second time that BYD Semiconductor has introduced strategic investors this year. It is reported that this round of investors include 30 strategic investors, including Hubei Xiaomi Yangtze River Industrial Fund Partnership, Hubei Lenovo Yangtze River Science and Technology Industrial Fund Partnership, Shenzhen country Garden Innovation Investment Co., Ltd. According to the view real estate new media, country Garden Venture Capital invested 20 million yuan, subscribed 800500 yuan in registered capital, and held 0.196078% of its shares after capital increase.

BYD also said in the announcement that it plans to continue to introduce strategic investors such as South Korean SK Group, Xiaomi Group, China Bank International, Lenovo Group, CITIC Industrial Fund, Houan Fund, SMIC Juyuan, SAIC Investment, BAIC Investment, Shenzhen Huaqiang, Lanhai Huateng, Inviton and other strategic investors.

For this transaction, BYD said that the main demands of this round of war work are business coordination, resource sharing, mutual benefit and win-win results.
