On June 14, Dehong Co., Ltd. announced that Zhang Yuanyuan, the company's controlling shareholder, signed a relevant agreement with Ningbo Zhenhai Investment Co., Ltd., due to the health reasons and age of the couple of the actual controller, combined with the intention of the current chairman (the daughter of the actual controller), in order to be more conducive to the steady development and growth of the enterprise, Zhang Yuanyuan plans to transfer 29.99% of his shares to Ningbo Zhenhai Investment Co., Ltd. After this change of rights and interests, the controlling shareholder of the company will be changed to Ningbo Zhenhai Investment Co., Ltd., and the actual controller will be changed to the state-owned assets management service center of Zhenhai District, Ningbo.

After the completion of this equity transfer, Ningbo Zhenhai Investment Co., Ltd. will hold 29.99% of the shares of the listed company and have 29.99% of the voting rights, becoming the company's controlling shareholder. After the completion of this transaction, the transferor still holds 12.34% of the shares of the listed company, and the transferor and its actors will no longer actively seek control of the listed company. The controlling shareholder of the listed company will be changed from Zhang Yuanyuan to Ningbo Zhenhai Investment Co., Ltd., and the actual controller will be changed from Zhang Hongbao and Zhang Yuanyuan to the state-owned assets management service center of Zhenhai District, Ningbo City.

It is understood that Ningbo Zhenhai Investment Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned company established by the people's Government of Zhenhai District of Ningbo City in order to further standardize and deepen the government's investment and financing management system and broaden the field of state-owned capital investment in accordance with the overall requirements of the economic development strategy of Zhenhai District of Ningbo City. The state-owned assets management service center of Zhenhai District, Ningbo City, is the parent company of Ningbo Zhenhai Investment Co., Ltd., and now holds 100% equity of Ningbo Zhenhai Investment Co., Ltd.
