In May, the final value of the PMI composite index of the copper downstream industry was 53.24, down 1.59 from the previous month, up 2.3 from the same period last year. The downstream industry PMI except the home appliance industry is still in the expansion area, but the growth rate is generally lower than that in April. In May, the household appliance industry was blocked by exports and entered the off-season of production, and the PMI fell below 50; other industries benefited from the full resumption of production and work in various domestic industries, the order volume remained relatively high, and the PMI remained above 50.
