SMM5 March 29: according to SMM research, copper inventory in Shanghai Free Trade Zone increased by 2000 tons to 212000 tons on Friday compared with last week, ending a nine-week decline. Domestic consumption weakens, at the same time, scrap copper arrives one after another, and the price difference of fine waste also returns to a relatively reasonable range, squeezing refined copper consumption. The import window continued to be closed, the premium fell rapidly for two consecutive weeks, the demand for copper in foreign trade was weak, and bonded warehouse inventories stopped falling and rebounded.
