SMM5, May 8: may 6, Baosteel Desheng new continuous casting one-step project of the first steel column hoisting success, indicating that the project has officially entered the civil construction, steel structure parallel dry stage. The smooth installation of the first steel column in the new continuous casting one-step project marks the full development of the installation of the steel structure in the project.
The main factory building of this project is all steel structure, the axis is 453m long, 138m wide, the construction area is 61416.94 square meters, the total weight of steel structure is about 15000 tons, the eaves of the factory building is 20m, 34.7m, the transverse span is 36m, 36m, 36m, 30m respectively, the A-E axis is billet II span, billet Ⅰ span, cutting span, pouring span, the basic column distance is 27m 7, 24 m 9, 21 m two.
According to SMM, in early March 2020, Baosteel Desheng High quality stainless Steel Green Industry Base Project-Iron and Steel production capacity replacement Project, a new 2500 cubic meter blast furnace, steel continuous casting, raw material yard matched with the production system, a central water treatment plant, as well as the whole plant's intelligent management and control center building and other public auxiliary facilities. It is expected to be completed and put into production in the second half of 2022, with an additional ironmaking capacity of 2.13 million tons and a steelmaking capacity of 3.22 million tons. 2.13 million tons of special steel and hot metal and 3.22 million tons of billets, which can cover all the products of Desheng BN (200series), 300series and 400series in Baosteel.
