[SMM Research] May Regeneration supply pressure or steep increase in Certificate Recycling lead Enterprise Weekly Operation rate to maintain Stability

According to the Shanghai Nonferrous Network (SMM) survey, this week (May 2-May 8) SMM recycled lead license smelting enterprises operating rate of 49.6% in four provinces, the month-on-month rate is the same. Among them, the operating rate of Guizhou recycled lead license smelting enterprises is 65.1%, that of Jiangsu recycled lead holding smelting enterprises is 53.3%, that of Henan recycled lead holding smelting enterprises is 45.5%, and that of Anhui recycled lead holding smelting enterprises is 40.0%. The operating rate of the four places is stable.

This week downstream storage enterprises after the raw material replenishment did not reflect, recycled lead market trading is light, some areas including tax regenerated refined lead compared with before the festival there are signs of small expansion. In addition, Anhui Taihe Dahua, Jiangxi Qijin plan around May 10 feed production, and the current waste battery inventory is considerable; in mid-May, Jiangxi Fengri plan to put into production, the current waste battery inventory is still OK. If the above enterprises on schedule production, supply side pressure may be highlighted, superimposed downstream consumption continues to be light, storage enterprise finished product inventory is on the high side, material social inventory accumulation is just around the corner.
