According to the feedback of the recent aluminum bar factory, the orders for northern aluminum bars have declined rapidly after the festival. Although the orders for southern aluminum bars can still be maintained, there has been a significant increase in the supply of feedback melting bars (non-standard). In addition, because the orders of downstream profile enterprises have not yet been fully covered until June, the strength of stock preparation has weakened, and the cost of aluminum bar processing has dropped somewhat. This is also a sign that the replacement of waste aluminum by original aluminum is coming to an end. After the recycling of aluminum alloy ingots, the demand for aluminum bars in the downstream has dropped somewhat, and the original aluminum waste has also begun to decrease rapidly. It is expected that with the increase of the circulation of waste aluminum, the price of waste aluminum will fall gradually with the decline of aluminum price.

Aluminum prices fell back today, falling by $100 / tonne to $12840 / tonne. Domestic recycled aluminum plants due to waste aluminum prices did not quickly fall, coupled with today to Friday, recycled aluminum enterprises slightly different quotations. Domestic prices, the mainstream large recycled aluminum enterprises quoted stable, concentrated in 13200 13300 yuan / ton, the main reason is that the price of waste aluminum has not fallen rapidly. The price quoted by imported waste aluminum enterprises is still below 13000 yuan / ton, but because its price is at a domestic trough, it has not yet continued to lower the price. In terms of small and medium-sized plants, a recycled aluminum plant in Jiangxi once again quoted a drop of 100 yuan / ton. under the current poor demand, it is estimated that domestic small and medium-sized factories will fall by 100 yuan / ton, and the current transaction price will fall to between 12900 yuan and 13100 yuan / ton. low-end transactions are still expected to be relatively small. In terms of imports, due to the decline in the prices of small and medium-sized factories, although the arrival of imported aluminum alloy ingots decreased in May, overseas quotations rose, but downstream acceptance may be reduced. It is expected that the spot trading price of imported ADC12 aluminum alloy ingots will maintain around 12600-12700 yuan / ton today, and there is a risk of falling next week.
