Price CenterDatabaseProReportsEventsCar InsightSHANGHAI, May 7 (SMM) – China imported 1.75 million mt of unwrought copper and copper products in the first four months of 2020, up 10.4% from the same period last year, the country’s general administration of customs said Thursday.
The growth was faster than the rate of 9.1% recorded in the January-to-March period when imports stood at 1.29 million mt.
China’s imports of unwrought copper and copper products came in at around 461,000 mt for April, up 4.3% from March, according to SMM calculations based on customs data.
