The low level of lead in Shanghai period rose again, because the demand of recycled lead enterprises increased, the replacement volume of superimposed waste battery did not improve, the waste quotation was firm, the transaction of recycled lead market was flat, the stock was not reflected after the festival, and the refined lead containing tax basically maintained the discount range.
