Shanghai lead center of gravity slowly moved down, waste battery quotation is basically stable, low-price waste is still difficult to purchase; recycled lead market transaction differentiation, Guizhou, Hubei and Guangdong areas due to low export prices, hot transactions, and the volume of pre-sale is more, while the transaction in other areas is light, the overall discount range of recycled lead including tax has not been further expanded.
