[heavy] insufficient downstream demand domestic aluminum fluoride enterprises have nearly stopped production for 1-2 months

SMM4, 27 Mar: according to SMM, the intra-industry consultation meeting organized by the Aluminum fluoride Industry Association was held smoothly on April 23. In order to cope with the recent weak downstream demand and the slower-than-expected decline in the price of fluorite powder, the raw material at the cost end of the year, resulting in insufficient trading volume and a sharp drop in transaction prices, the aluminum fluoride industry decided to implement a complete shutdown plan in early May. The suspension period of the enterprise ranges from 1 to 2 months, when the anhydrous aluminum fluoride transaction will be mainly based on the consumption of inventory.

According to SMM research, aluminum fluoride spot prices have been falling since April, the latest aluminum fluoride spot price has been nearly 8500 yuan / ton.
