ADC12 Price Daily Review:

[inflection point of overseas epidemic impact did not see export bleak domestic competition intensified] Aluminum prices continued to rise today, continuing to rise 20 yuan / ton to 11810 yuan / ton. Recently, due to the delayed inflection point of the overseas epidemic, the price of ADC12 exported to Japan has fallen below US $1300 / ton, and no one is interested in the current offer of US $1300 / ton. At the same time, the release of Q2 waste aluminum approval document makes the processing trade export ADC12 orders account for a relatively large number of enterprises, raw material inventory backlog, weak orders, so recently its domestic low-price order strategy. Specifically, the cash offer of large recycled aluminum enterprises is mainly 13000 yuan / ton, and a small number of extreme prices are lower than before, falling to 12700 yuan / ton. The low price mainly comes from Guangdong. Small and medium-sized enterprises, cash quotation to maintain 12650 yuan / ton, a small number of extreme transaction prices as low as 12600 yuan / ton. Recently, aluminum prices have picked up slightly, which makes the cost of recycled aluminum enterprises run counter to the price of finished products, and the willingness to reduce prices in the overall market price is relatively low. However, the dismal export has made enterprises with relatively large export orders turn their attention to the mainland. The current low prices in the mainstream market mainly come from Guangdong.

Fed to Keep Large Banks' Capital Levels Unchanged, Postpones Stress Test Reforms Until 2027
The US Fed has announced that it will maintain the capital levels of large banks unchanged during the upcoming stress test cycle (corresponding to the 2026 cycle). At the same time, the US Fed is planning multidimensional reforms to this annual test, aiming to enhance its transparency. The US Fed's Vice Chair for Supervision, Bowman, revealed that adjustments to the stress capital buffer requirements for large banks will be postponed until 2027. This move is intended to provide the US Fed with sufficient time to evaluate potential flaws that may be exposed in its testing models when assessing banks' financial conditions under simulated economic downturn scenarios.
