Shanghai-bonded zinc stocks dipped 800 mt on week

Inventories of zinc ingot across Shanghai-bonded areas fell 800 mt in the week ended April 10 to 74,600 mt, showed SMM data.

SHANGHAI, Apr 10 (SMM) – Inventories of zinc ingot across Shanghai-bonded areas fell 800 mt in the week ended April 10 to 74,600 mt, showed SMM data.

 

Import losses continued to narrow this week, triggering flows of imported zinc to China’s domestic markets. Shipments from other countries are still facing disruption risks as virus containment measures affect operations at ports.
