SMM4, March 3: recently, Yongjin shares issued a notice on the formal commissioning of the holding subsidiary, saying that Zhejiang Yongjin Metal Technology Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Zhejiang Yongjin Metal Technology Co., Ltd., invested in the construction of the Port Industrial Park of Yangjiang High-tech Zone, Guangdong Province, "annual processing of 680000 tons of wide precision stainless steel strip project".

It is expected to increase the production capacity of 680000 tons of wide precision stainless steel strip, of which the first phase of the project is expected to increase the production capacity of 280000 tons of wide precision stainless steel strip. At present, the first phase of the project has completed the construction, equipment installation and commissioning and other preliminary work, and was officially put into production on April 1, 2020.

The company said that the commissioning of the project is in line with the strategic objectives of the company's capacity planning and will help the company to further increase its output and market share. The commissioning and operation of the project will have a positive impact on the future operating performance of the company.

According to SMM, after the Guangdong Yongjin Phase I stainless steel cold rolling project was put into operation, the cold rolling output is expected to increase by 2-25000 tons per month. Subsequently, the second phase will also build 380000 tons of precision stainless steel deep processing project, which is expected to be completed and put into production in the second half of 2020.
