SMM April 3: SMM aluminum alloy ADC12 price

13050-13350

ADC12 Price Daily Review:

[slow repair of the price difference between poor ADC12 and raw aluminum] the price of A00 aluminum rose 250 yuan / ton today, basically repairing yesterday's decline, mainly due to the sharp rise in crude oil last night, which led to the upward movement of the benchmark price of all non-ferrous items, and its persistence remains to be seen. In the aspect of waste aluminum, because recycled aluminum enterprises are generally bearish on downstream demand in April, purchasing prices are difficult to rise because of rising aluminum prices, and the game between buyers and sellers intensifies. On the demand side, in April, affected by the overseas epidemic, foreign-related orders shrunk sharply, coupled with bearish future, some recycled aluminum enterprises have appeared order-grabbing behavior, a small number of enterprises have implemented the decline in order-grabbing action, making the overall recycled aluminum ADC12 price rise relatively weak. Today, the cash quotation of large recycled aluminum enterprises is maintained at 13100 yuan / ton, the overall center of gravity has been raised by 50 yuan / ton, but a small number of enterprises also have price reduction behavior. Small and medium-sized enterprises cash quotation stabilized, some enterprises slightly reduced prices, the overall maintenance of 12800 yuan 13100 yuan / ton, due to poor demand, there is still room for price decline, the current ADC12 and raw aluminum prices slightly narrowed, ADC12 prices above the pressure is greater. In terms of imported aluminum alloy ingots, the overseas quotation rate is relatively small at present. The price of ADC12 CIF in Ningbo is maintained at US $1450 to US $1550 / ton. At present, there is no willingness to import at home. Combined opening rate, today's SMM ADC12 prices rose 50 yuan / ton to 13750 yuan 13950 yuan / ton, and then continue if aluminum prices fall, there is still a rapid risk of falling.

Fed to Keep Large Banks' Capital Levels Unchanged, Postpones Stress Test Reforms Until 2027
The US Fed has announced that it will maintain the capital levels of large banks unchanged during the upcoming stress test cycle (corresponding to the 2026 cycle). At the same time, the US Fed is planning multidimensional reforms to this annual test, aiming to enhance its transparency. The US Fed's Vice Chair for Supervision, Bowman, revealed that adjustments to the stress capital buffer requirements for large banks will be postponed until 2027. This move is intended to provide the US Fed with sufficient time to evaluate potential flaws that may be exposed in its testing models when assessing banks' financial conditions under simulated economic downturn scenarios.
