SMM3, 20 Mar: in order to prevent the spread of the epidemic, the port of Fuzhou in China has restricted the entry of ships from nine countries, and ships from the United States, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Iran, France, Germany, Italy and Spain must be quarantined for 14 days before entering the port, according to sources.

Fuzhou Port Office did not respond to this.

Fuzhou Port, Fuzhou City and Ningde City, Fujian Province, China, is located on the southeast coast of China, on the west bank of the Taiwan Strait, in the eastern part of Fujian Province and at the mouth of the Minjiang River. Fuzhou Port is a major coastal port in China and a first-class port open to the outside world in China. It is also one of the main exits in Fujian Province.

The rule has a big impact on ships from Asia, which usually take a week or less to reach Chinese ports.

The incident has made the outside world pay more attention to whether China's major ports such as Guangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin and other places will introduce relevant policies one after another.
