SHANGHAI, Mar 6 (SMM) – Inventories of silicon metal across Huangpu port, Kunming city and Tianjin port rebounded this week, rising 3,000 mt from a week ago to 57,000 mt as of Friday March 6, showed SMM data.
Silicon stocks at the two ports continued to increase as silicon producers moved their products from plants to port warehouses on the resumption of logistics.
Shipments from warehouses remained firm, which is expected to keep overall social inventories of silicon metal at stable levels in the near term.
