Argentina made final anti-dumping determination on Chinese aluminium sheet

SHANGHAI, Feb 28 (SMM) – The Argentine Ministry of Productive Development on February 26 announced its final anti-dumping determination on aluminium sheet originating from China.

 

Duties of a rate of 80.14% of Free on Board (FOB) value were set for unalloyed aluminum sheets or alloys 3xxx Series aluminum according to IRAM 681 standard, with a diameter greater than or equal to 60 mm but less than or equal to 1,000 mm and of a thickness greater than or equal to 0.3 mm but less than or equal to 5 mm, originating in China, under Mercosur HS code of 7606.91.00 and 7606.92.00.

 

The AD duties will be effective for five years, starting from the date of the announcement.

 

In the preliminary ruling announced in September, the temporary AD duties were set at a rate of 70% of FOB value in the form of deposit.
