SHANGHAI, Feb 25 (SMM) – China's transport sector is gradually resuming operations amid signs the coronavirus outbreak in the country is slowing.
About 37.2% of major roads and waterways construction projects worth over 1 billion yuan (about $142.5 million) had resumed work as of February 22, according to data from the Ministry of Transport (MOT).
Around 42.2% or 5,001 of road and waterway transport companies had resumed operations by 22 February, according to a MoT survey of 11,854 companies.
