China's unwrought copper and copper product imports 6% lower in 2019

The imports in December exceeded that in November to the highest monthly level since September 2018

SHANGHAI, Jan 14 (SMM) – China’s imports of unwrought copper and copper products in December exceeded that in November to stand at 530,000 mt, 22.8% higher than a year earlier, customs data showed.

However, full-year imports of unwrought copper and copper products were 6% lower from 2018, and stood at 4.98 million mt.
