Shanghai-bonded zinc stocks fell for 3rd week

Stocks decreased 2,800 mt from a week earlier to 74,900 mt as of December 20

SHANGHAI, Dec 20 (SMM) – Inventories of zinc ingot across Shanghai-bonded areas fell this week for a third straight week, as cargoes flowed to domestic markets.

SMM data showed that Shanghai bonded zinc stocks decreased 2,800 mt from a week earlier to 74,900 mt as of Friday December 20, larger than a decline of 2,100 mt in the previous week.

The stocks declined 6,000 mt over the past three weeks.
