Indonesia’s Well Harvest Winning and Cita Mineral Investindo agree on bauxite supply deal

The deal is due to expire on Dec 31, 2033

SHANGHAI, Dec 5 (SMM) – Indonesia’s alumina producer PT Well Harvest Winning (WHW) and mining firm PT Cita Mineral Investindo (CITA)  signed a bauxite supply agreement, according to China Hongqiao Group who owns 56% stake in WHW.

Under the deal, which is due to expire on December 31 2033, CITA, which owns 30% stake in WHM, will sell and deliver, or procure the sale and delivery of bauxite to WHW.

WHW plans to build its second line production in West Kalimantan, according to a report earlier this month.
